We offer FREE SHIPPING on all continental US orders
  • Your order must be shipped to the billing address on your credit card or confirmed Paypal, Amazon Payments address.
  • Free shipping to the lower 48 U.S. States.
  • Free shipping does not apply to PO Boxes, APO's,FPO's, AK, HI, VI, PR or International orders - Please see below for shipping charges to these destinations.
PO Box - APO - FPO Shipments:
  • Shipping to PO Boxes/APO/FPO is $7.99. Each additional item is $5 more.
  • Shipping for multiple items is combined at checkout.
  • All orders ship via USPS and will have Delivery Confirmation.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa:
  • Shipping to these locations is $7.99. Each additional item is $5 more.
  • Shipping for multiple items is combined at checkout.
  • All orders ship via USPS and will have Delivery Confirmation.
Canada:
  • Shipping to Canada is $35. Each additional item is $10 more.
  • Shipping for multiple items is combined at checkout.
  • All orders ship via USPS and will have Delivery Confirmation.
International Shipments:
  • Shipping internationally is $50. Each additional item is $15 more.
  • Shipping for multiple items is combined at checkout.
  • All orders ship via USPS Express or Priority (depending on destination and item value).
Expedited Shipping to the lower U.S. States:
  • Next Business Day Air is $50. Each additional item is $15 more.
  • Second Day Day Air is $30. Each additional item is $10 more.
Lost or Damaged Shipping Policy:
  • All packages are insured.
  • If your package is lost or damaged, we will file all paperwork necessary on your behalf and start a claim with the shipping company. We will make every effort to recover your loss for you.
  • A replacement or refund will not be given until the investigation is complete and a claim has been issued and paid by the shipping company.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that any returns without prior authorization in writing from us are subject to refusal. Please do not send your product back until we email you with an authorization!

Return for Exchange of an item
  • SneakerDoctor will cover DOMESTIC return shipping fees on the first exchanges only - all other exchanges are the buyers responsibility.
  • All items exchanged must be unworn and original box, and all original contents, (i.e. retro cards, or cases, etc.).
  • Exchanges must be RETURNED within 7 days of delivery of your item.
  • Certain items CANNOT be returned, i.e. DMP packages, New Jordan Releases, etc. Please check product descriptions before placing your order or requesting exchange.
Returning your purchase for a Refund
  • All items returned must be unworn and include original box as well as all original contents, (i.e. retro cards, cases, extra laces, etc.)
  • Items must be RETURNED within 7 days of delivery.
  • Because the initial shipping and handling is free, ALL returns (not exchanges) will be subject to a $12 return fee.. Exception – SneakerDoctor errors will not be charged any fees (i.e. wrong size / item shipped)
  • Shipping charges incurred by the customer for returns are none refundable, unless SneakerDoctor error occurred. International returns - please ship back using the least expensive method to ensure refund.
  • Processing of refunds may take up to 10 business days from the time your product is received. Notice to Credit Card Users: It may take up to one billing cycle for the refund to show on your credit card statement
  • Certain items CANNOT be returned, i.e. DMP packages, etc. Please check product descriptions before placing your order or requesting exchange. Items not qualifying for exchange will be clearly stated in the details of each item.
  • Any shipment that is refused and returned to us will be subject to an automatic 20% restocking fee.

We accept PayPal and Amazon Payments. Amazon can be selected as a payment option after you click "Continue to Checkout" from your bag.
