All exchanges or returns must be shipped back within 3 days of delivery. You must fill out the returns form before returning the item.
Exchange:
Items can be returned for size or item exchange. Once returned item arrives it will be carefully inspected, all items must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box/packaging they came with without any tape or marks on the box. If the shoes are defective after worn please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement - we will not replace worn shoes. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to SneakerDoctor. Please send a money order or complete payment via Paypal for $14 for the first item and $6 for each additional item.
